NOTICE

There will be a meeting of the New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority on July 17, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting is open to the public and will be held at the law offices of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, 11 South Main Street, 4^th floor, Concord, N.H. The matters to be discussed include, but are not limited to:

1. Approval of the Minutes of the Meeting of May 15, 2008.

2. Kendal at Hanover Bond Resolution

3. Executive Director’s Report

4. Such other and further matters as may come before the meeting.
